I rented a townhouse from Excel in the past year and can say that they have been very good so far. As a professional it can be hard to find a decent rental company in this town but Excel has been wonderful. I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues (a broken ice maker and a clogged dryer vent) and both times Excel has taken care of the issues with no problems. Their staff has always been courteous, responsive, professional and fair. I've previously used other rental companies in the past and can say that Excel has provided a much better experience than the other rental companies. If you are looking to rent a property, I would not hesitate to use Excel - they have been great!
